Terms and conditions of sale

These conditions govern quotes, orders and accounts on the Adhera website (trade name). By quoting, buying or creating an account you accept them.

Quotes and prices

Online quote prices are estimates based on the specification entered, in Mexican pesos plus VAT, valid for the period stated on each quote. The final price is confirmed when the artwork and specification are reviewed. Standard catalog prices are per sales unit (roll or piece) and may change without notice; the applicable price is the one in force when the order is confirmed.

Minimum production order

Made-to-order labels have a minimum order that depends on the size and the printing process; it is stated in thousands (with its equivalent in labels and rolls) in the quoter, the result, the PDF and each product page. Quantities below the minimum are not accepted. Quantities are rounded to whole rolls. The first order of a specification includes the die and plates; reorders of the same specification do not pay tooling.

Artwork and approval

Production starts when the customer approves the digital proof in writing (artwork approval) and payment or credit is confirmed. The customer is responsible for checking texts, colors, sizes, codes and regulatory content before approving; errors present in the approved artwork are not manufacturing defects. Colors are reproduced from the agreed Pantone or CMYK reference; screens are not a color reference.

Delivery times

Manufacturing times are expressed in business days from artwork approval and payment (or credit authorization), within the range published on each quote or product page. Blank labels and ribbons are supplied to order within the range stated on their page. Times do not include carrier transit.

Payment

Payment by bank transfer: the order is confirmed when Adhera receives and verifies the receipt. For companies with credit authorized by Adhera, payment is due on the agreed terms. Invoices are issued with the tax data entered by the customer.

Manufacturing tolerances

Due to the nature of the process, the delivered quantity may vary up to ±10 % from the ordered quantity and the delivered quantity is invoiced. Variations of ±0.5 mm in dimensions and ±1 mm in print registration are accepted, as are slight shade variations between batches.

Delivery and shipping

Delivery is by carrier to the stated address anywhere in Mexico. International shipments, including to the United States, are made on quote only. Shipping cost is shown before confirming. Risk passes to the customer when the goods are handed to the carrier; any transport damage must be reported on receipt with photographic evidence.

Returns and claims

Unopened catalog products can be returned within 15 calendar days after delivery, notifying sales first. Custom printed labels are replaced or refunded only for manufacturing defects: differences from the approved specification and artwork, adhesive or material failures, or a delivered quantity outside the tolerance, reported within 5 business days after delivery with photographs. Refunds are made through the same payment method. Printed labels are not returned for change of mind, errors in the approved artwork or use under conditions other than those quoted. An order can be cancelled at no cost before its manufacturing starts.

Intellectual property

The customer declares holding the rights to the brands, images and texts delivered for printing and releases Adhera from any third-party claim. Designs created in the site designer belong to the customer; Adhera keeps a copy only to produce and reorder. Templates, software and site contents are Adhera’s property.

Accounts and sign-in with Google or Microsoft

The portal account is personal; the customer is responsible for the password and for what is done with it. Sign-in with Google or Microsoft is used only to identify you with the email verified by the provider and creates or links your Adhera account; you can set your own password from "Forgot your password?". Adhera may suspend accounts that breach these conditions.

Limitation of liability

Adhera’s liability is limited to the amount of the claimed order. Adhera is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or the label’s performance under use conditions not declared when quoting (temperature, humidity, chemicals, surface).

Jurisdiction

For the interpretation and fulfilment of these conditions the parties submit to the laws and competent courts of the city of Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
