Privacy notice

This privacy notice is issued in compliance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines.

Data controller

Adhera (trade name) is responsible for the processing of your personal data. Requests and notices about this notice are handled by email.

Personal data we collect

Identification and contact data: name, company, email, phone and, for invoicing, legal name, RFC, tax regime, CFDI use and postal code. Delivery data: address and references. Business data: quotes, orders, designs and artwork files you upload, contact messages and attachments, and the payment receipts you send us. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft we receive from that provider your name, your email address and an account identifier; we do not receive your password nor access your mail, contacts or files. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Primary purposes

Identify you and give you access to your account (including sign-in with Google or Microsoft); handle your information, quote and sample requests; prepare, produce, invoice, charge and deliver your orders; follow up on reorders, warranties and claims; and comply with tax and legal obligations.

Secondary purposes

Send you notices about new materials, products and promotions from Adhera, and measure site usage to improve it. If you do not want your data used for these purposes, say so at the email in the ARCO rights section; refusing does not affect the services you contract.

Transfers

Your data is shared only with the providers needed to fulfil the purposes above and under the confidentiality obligations set by law: carriers for delivery, transactional email and hosting providers, and Google or Microsoft when you choose to sign in with them. We do not sell or assign your data to third parties for other purposes. Beyond these cases it is transferred only when the law requires it.

ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You may access your personal data, rectify it when inaccurate, cancel it when you consider it is no longer needed for the purposes described, object to its processing, limit its use or disclosure and withdraw the consent you have given us. To exercise them send a request with your name, a means to reply, documents proving your identity and a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 20 business days.

Retention and security

We keep your data while there is a business relationship or an active account and for the periods required by tax and commercial laws. We apply administrative, technical and physical measures to protect it: encrypted access to the site, hashed passwords, role-based access control and backups.

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses only necessary technical cookies: the session cookie (account and cart), the language cookie and the request-forgery protection cookie. If we enable audience measurement (Google Analytics) it will be stated here and you can block it from your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

Minors

Our products and services are intended for companies and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this notice

Any change will be published on this page with its update date. Using the site and the services after publication means you are aware of the current notice.
