Shipping and returns

Delivery, return, refund and cancellation terms for orders placed on the Adhera website.
Delivery in Mexico
We ship anywhere in Mexico by carrier with a tracking number. Shipping costs $250.00 plus VAT per order and is free when the subtotal is $5,000.00 or more, before VAT.
Shipping to the United States by quote only: write to ventas@adhera.com.mx with the delivery address before paying.
Lead times
- Blank labels and ribbons (made to order): 3–5 business days after payment.
- Printed and color labels (manufactured): 7–10 business days after payment or artwork approval, whichever comes last.
Lead times do not include carrier transit. When the order ships you receive the carrier and tracking number by email.
Returns of catalog products
Catalog products (blank labels, ribbons and pre-printed warehouse labels) can be returned unopened, in their original packaging, within 15 calendar days after delivery. Notify ventas@adhera.com.mx with the order number before sending them; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product arrived wrong or damaged.
Custom printed labels
Labels printed with your artwork or size are replaced or refunded only for manufacturing defects: differences from the approved specification and artwork, adhesive or material failures, or a quantity outside the tolerance. Report it to ventas@adhera.com.mx within 5 business days after delivery, with the order number and photographs of the defect and of the roll label.
Refunds
Refunds are made through the same payment method: to the account the transfer came from, or as a credit on credit orders, within 10 business days after the product is received and checked.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled at no cost as long as its manufacturing or fulfilment has not started; write to ventas@adhera.com.mx with the order number. If it was already paid, it is refunded in full through the same payment method.
